Refund policy

We require you to record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video of the package at the time of delivery for an easier return & exchange process. The unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request. No request will be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as possible. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or if a wrong product has been delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons.

  • A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inside. Without this video proof, no claim will be entertained.

  • In case of an approved return, the amount will be refunded in the form of store credit with validity up to one year.

  • If you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you're exchanging, you will need to pay the price difference. In case the value is lower, we will credit you with the difference.

  • Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, we will schedule a pickup for the order within 8-10 business days of placing the request with no additional costs (only applicable for eligible cases).

  • We usually receive the product in 8-10 days. On receiving, within 8-10 days we will issue the store credit or dispatch the exchanged product if all conditions are met.

  • If the item requested for exchange is not available, we will try to provide the best possible alternatives or issue a store credit for the same.

  • This process usually takes 8-10 business days.

  • An order can only be exchanged once.

  • We do not accept return or exchange for international orders.


Return Shipping Charges

  • For All Categories: ₹100 deduction for return shipping from the buyer on a single product, and if more than 1 product, then shipping charges would be extra according to the weight of the product on return shipping amount (applicable only for eligible approved cases).

  • For Velvet Wear: Return charges would be deducted from the buyer, depending on the weight of the products (applicable only for eligible approved cases).


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Sale or Discounted Products

  • Mystery Products

  • Gift Cards

  • Customized Products

  • Winter Wear

  • Items worth less than ₹1099

  • Products returned without a proper unboxing video


Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is provided as proof.

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Product wasn't used or damaged (other than manufacturing defect or transit damage).

  • Product must include original tags.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


In Case of Damage or Defects

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • The item may be damaged during transit.

  • There might be a manufacturing defect.

  • A wrong item is delivered to you.

In such cases, we will replace or exchange the item only if a proper unboxing video is provided and the request is made within the stipulated time-frame as mentioned above.

If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 8-10 days of raising a return request. Please mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.
